Hi Everyone,

I am please to announce that I will be leading a series of free wellness events at The Inwood Hill Nature Center. The first one is Sunday April 2nd from 10am until 1130am. Here is the information:

GOT THE SUGAR BLUES?
If you or your children are constantly craving sweets or carbs, and you want to understand why and gain control without willpower struggles or deprivation, please join me, Barbara Goldman-Sherman, for a free seminar about SUGAR!!! (including tastings!)

This is a participatory event (not just a lecture) for adults concerned about their own health and their entire family's vitality and wellness. We will discuss ways to manage weight, cravings, mood swings and achieve more balance without diets!

SUNDAY APRIL 2nd, 10-1130 am
RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDED (reply to me via email or call 212-544-2367 so I don't run out of samples!)
walk-ins ok too

There will be one event per month through September, and if there is a topic in nutrition that you are hoping I will address, please feel free to send me an email about it!
